The purpose for which this company was formed are the following, to wit: To faithfully perform the duties of firefighters, EMT's and fire police in protecting life and property in case of fire and or other emergencies; to do such acts and perform in such services to which fire companies are customarily devoted, under such regulations that are, or may be hereafter provided by this company, the Town of Montville and State of Connecticut.
